Arcaest Games was created by tabletop/RPG gamers to share what WE want and love when it comes to our favorite games.
We were first introduced to D&D back in the winter of 1986 when we received the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Player Manual for Christmas. That led to copies of just about every other AD&D book, the earlier versions of Dungeons & Dragons (the infamous "Red Box"), Dragonlance, Planescape, Spelljammer, the later editions of Dungeons & Dragons, and more.
One of our favorite things to do throughout grade school, junior high, high school, and beyond, was to visit the local bookstores and thriftshops to see what new books, minis, and other D&D paraphernalia had arrived. The smell of the books... the sense of wonder... the discovery of a hidden treasure... We have wanted our own game store and gaming company ever since.
Arcaest Games is giving us the opportunity to share those same magical things we discovered in the 80s, and things that we love about role-playing games and tabletop gaming, with others. Especially our love for exceptionally detailed miniatures.
