Worst shop and seller ever. I have never dealt with something like this before on Etsy, super disappointed. The seller did not ship my items for my wedding when she said she would. She spelt one of the groomsmens name wrong on a glass, and never corrected it. She kept saying it was sent when it wasn't. And then when I tried to contact her about fixing it, she closed her shop. I found out by reading on others reviews that she opened another shop under a different name. I contacted them to have them fix the glass, which by the way was for my brother and the owner gave some lame excuse about the previous owner and said she would fix it right away. I still haven't received my fixed glass and the owner did exactly what she wanted too, waited too long for me to send in a compliant and got my money.

Lied about shipping. Missed original agreed upon date because her husband had to go out of town. Missed the second promised date because she "couldn't get the type of shipping" that she had originally promised. Missed the next promised date with no contact or tracking info from seller. Contacted the Post Office - they have no record of any packages shipped to my address. I did not have gifts for my groomsmen at our rehearsal dinner as a result of all of these missed dates and lies about shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER Save yourself the hassle. Also, the seller has closed the original shop and reopened under the name StellaEtch (presumably to avoid customers seeing the negative feedback attached to this name). Etsy should not allow people to be deceptive and switch shops to avoid their past history with customers. Very much disappointed with this seller and Etsy in general.

I purchased etched rocks glasses from ArdenEtching on Etsy for my groomsmen on 5/27/13. I was under the impression it would take 2-3 weeks plus 5 business days to ship. I followed up 7/6/13 on Etsy messaging. I waited until 7/15/13 to get a response back, which said "I will be shipping your glasses out this week. :) ". I followed up again on 8/3/13 because I hadn't received yet. Allison responded on 8/4/13 saying, "I will be sending them tomorrow. :) You should have them by Wednesday. :)". Wednesday was 8/7/13, but never received them. My bachelor party passed, I had nothing to give the guys. I sent a message again on 8/11/13 asking where they were, if I can get a refund or if they can be shipped ASAP. No response. I followed up again on 8/14/13 saying I need a refund, tracking number, or I will report this. At this point she absolutely deserves this poor feedback and should be sending money or glasses my way as soon as she reads this. I took a look at feedback on this feedback page, and this is a terrible trend with this seller. I was dragged along for 2+ months. I was told they were coming, which is why I never had the chance to submit this as a dispute throughout this terrible business transaction. I only want what I'm entitled to and this person has taken that. I purchased through a small business to help out that sector of our economy and I get treated like this. I'm sitting here less $82 and no rocks glasses for my groomsmen with a wedding on 9/1/13.
