They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided excellent advice throughout the entire process. The delivery was exactly as promised, and the rug itself is truly unique. Its craftsmanship, quality, and authentic character have added warmth and personality to our home, perfectly completing our interior. Compliments to the artisan for this beautiful piece of craftsmanship. I highly recommend both the seller and their exceptional handmade rugs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

4 out of 5 starsThe final rug is beautiful, and I’m very happy with how it looks in my space. As a handmade rug, it does have some natural imperfections and variations in the pile, but overall it has a wonderful handmade character. My original rug unfortunately arrived in colors that were significantly different from the listing and ultimately had to be remade. The replacement process took considerably longer than expected, with several missed timelines and periods where communication could have been better. That said, the seller acknowledged the original issue, worked with me to select the correct colors, and ultimately delivered a replacement that I’m very pleased with. The burgundy tones are beautiful, and the finished rug works wonderfully in my home.

5 out of 5 starsIt took a really long time to receive (feb17- may 15), but it's a very large, made to order rug, and I wouldn't be surprised if the conflict in the Straight had something to do with it. Got it yesterday and it's beautiful and perfect. It does smell a little funny, but I feel like that will improve in time, and if it doesn't, I'll try airing it out with baking soda or diluted vinegar, as stated on- line as a solution to the problem.

Because our rugs are crafted using natural wool and traditional artisanal techniques, a slight scent upon unpacking can occasionally occur and usually fades naturally after a few days of airing out.
