Payment with Paypal or Etsy Payments are accepted. Items will only be shipped upon confirmation of payment.

All items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days or 10 working days in case of a custom order.

Orders will be sent with Registered Mail unless otherwise requested by the buyer. Prices are always related to Registered Mail.
Once the item has been sent to you, the order will be updated with a tracking code. You will be able to track the shipment directly on Etsy.

Prices in USD or any other currencies may be subject to change depending on exchange rate on the day of purchase.

Canada Post is no longer providing visibility for international Registered Mail,
Tracking data will be available until the shipment leaves Italy.

SHIPPING TIME
Shippings to the United States generally take around 15-20 working days to reach destination, although it can vary from a few days to a month especially during the holiday season.
To Europe things are quicker, like 7-15 days; and 15-30 days to New Zealand and Australia.

Please allow enough time for the mail to deliver your order, if after 4 weeks you still haven't received your item please let me know and I will contact the Post Office.

Please note that I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees for international orders, they are sole responsibility of the buyer.

RESERVING AN ITEM
Reserving an item is not a problem. I can reserve the item you like for a maximum of THREE weeks. After that, if the item has not been purchased and I have not received any communication from the potential buyer, I will make the doll available to the public again.

If you would like me to make a custom doll for you,or if a particular doll is sold out and you would like to have a similar one please let me know and I will see if it is possible. Please note that the price of a custom doll might be slightly higher.

Please note that for custom dolls I would require the payment of a deposit of 20Euro, the deposit is non refundable.
Once the doll is ready, the amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total price.

IMPORTANT: These dolls are not suitable for children, they are decorative items.
