Hello and thank you for visiting my Etsy shop! Please take a moment to read my store policies below before you make your purchase.

Everything in our shop is designed by Randy Mott. In most cases our jewelry will be made to order which is currently taking 2-3 weeks from the time you have completed your purchase to the time that the order ships. If you need something more quickly than that, feel free to contact me and I will let you know if I can expedite your order and advise you of any additional rush fees.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
My goal is to provide my customers with jewelry that they will cherish for many years to come and it’s very important to me that you are satisfied with your purchase. I design, make in its entirety, or finish all of the jewelry in my shop by hand, so you should expect to see the small irregularities that are inherit in any handmade item. I believe that it’s those irregularities that give a handmade item its special charm. I’ve made every effort to give detailed and accurate descriptions of my jewelry regarding dimensions and materials. I’ve taken care to make sure that the photos accurately represent the piece that you are purchasing, however in most cases the photos accompanying the listing will not be of the exact item that you are ordering, but they will be a close representation of what you can expect to receive and they will also include irregularities inherent to artisan work. Please take a moment to carefully review the photos and the item description before placing your order.

A NOTE ABOUT COMPUTER DISPLAYS: Please be aware that, due to the variations between the color fidelity of computer displays, the color or your item my not exactly match the item as seen on your computer screen.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, contact us within 7 days of receipt and then return it within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund or exchange*. Please understand that custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchange. If you have placed a custom order and it does not meet with your expectations, contact me and I will make every effort to resolve the problem.

In regard to ring sizing: it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate ring size when purchasing rings. If you are unsure of your ring size, please have a jeweler measure your finger to determine your correct ring size (U.S. Standard). You may also purchase a Mult-sizer from my shop in advance of placing your ring order.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer must cover the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges. If the purchase price of the item being exchanged differs from the new item I will either (1) refund the difference if the new item has a lower purchase price or (2) I will set up a custom order for the additional cost if the item is of a higher price. Exchanges or refunds cannot be issued until I have received the original item back. Please note that I cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping so I would encourage you to choose a shipping method that offers tracking and insurance when returning an item.

PLEASE NOTE: estimated ship times posted for each item are estimates only. We are very small (2-person) shop and Randy personally designs, hand finishes, or entirely handcrafts each item that we sell. While we make every effort to ship within the posted times, on rare occasions our production times may run beyond the estimate. In the event that delivery of your item will be substantially delayed, we will contact you with a revised production time estimate. If you have a critical deadline that must be met (i.e. wedding date, birthday, anniversary, etc.) please make sure to let us know in the Notes to Seller section at checkout.

All orders are shipped USPS first class mail unless shipping is upgraded. All items ship from within the United States.

Domestic:
U.S. First Class - 2-5 Days*
U.S. Priority Mail - 1-3 Days*

International (where available):
U.S. First Class Mail International - Varies by Country
FedEx International Economy - Varies by Country (Usually 5-10 Days)

Delivery times are based on what is posted on the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx websites. These times are guidelines and are not guaranteed. Please be aware that I cannot be responsible for deliveries that are delayed during transit.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Some countries have restrictions against shipments that contain precious metals. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of their individual country's restrictions. I cannot be responsible for items that are seized or delayed due to customs violations. For orders outside of the United States, any customs fees, duties, taxes or any other additional fees levied by the buyer’s government will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
If you received a damaged shipment please contact me immediately for instructions.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
You will be notified when your order ships with an estimate of when it will be delivered. If you do not receive your order within a few days of the expected delivery please contact me. Be advised that on U.S. First Class International orders, delivery confirmation is only available to select countries. Refunds for lost shipments will only be issued for items with shipping that includes delivery confirmation and that do not show a status of delivered.
