Payment
Paypal and money orders are the accepted forms of payment.

A 50% deposit is required upon placing large custom made orders and full payment is due before entire order is shipped.

Please note that some custom-orders may require special purchases therefore a 20% non-refundable fee is required if the cancelation is not made before material is purchased.

The purchase of a small item with a much larger item carries the shipping cost of the larger item ONLY.
Shipping
USPS will be used for all shipment unless instructed otherwise.

Pre-made orders will be shipped within three (3) business days. If the order is delivered damage please return the item and a replacement will follow or your money will be refunded.

If USPS is unable to deliver your order and it is returned to me you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
Please note that insurance will accompany all shipment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom-orders will require additional time to complete and direct communication may be required on some occasions.
Because most custom-orders are difficult to return, a picture of the completed order will be sent to you before shipping for your approval in the event you require any changes.

It is important that you have your correct address on both your Etsy and Paypal accounts.
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. In the event you are dissatisfied with your order I will attempt to rectify the problem with a replacement, if for some reason we cannot reach an agreement a refund will be made if the order is returned within seven (7) days after delivery.
