I believe everyone should be able to express themselves for a reasonable price. I specialize in fandom-wear, including scarves, hats and blankets. Everything in my shop is handmade with 100% love.

Returns and exchange details
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items are inspected before being sent out so they can arrive to you in top condition. However, as with life, sometimes mistakes happen and I will do my best to work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds will be issued on a per-case basis, considering the circumstances of your order. I will not issue ANY refunds for custom orders, made to order items, or in-stock and ready to ship items unless there is an error on my part that renders the item unusable. I will not issue any refunds for the wrong item ordered (including size and color).

If you receive the wrong item due to MY error, I will issue a full refund and replace the item, no questions asked.
Shipping
Most IN-STOCK and ready to ship items items will ship within three days of payment, not including Sundays or U.S. holidays. I can generally ship Mondays and Thursdays. I will inform you on the day an item ships via e-mail.

If you want to upgrade shipping for any reason, please let me know before placing an order. This includes international shipping, as well.

I am not responsible for any customs fees for international sales, and I will not mark items as gifts or lower the item's value. No exceptions.

I am not responsible for items that are requested to be sent to a different address than what is given to me at time of placing an order.
Additional policies and FAQs
For orders shown as “delivered” but have not arrived to your location, please contact your local post office, and check around your home, with neighbors, and mailbox. I am not responsible for it once it shows as delivered. A package is not considered “lost” unless it shows as being in transit for at least 2 weeks. (Domestic orders only)
