Returns and exchanges
No refunds will be given for color differences or variances from what you see on your monitor/digital proof to the final printed item, as there is no way to guarantee a color match. What you see on your computer screen most often will differ slightly from what is printed.
Due to the molding process for our Melamine Plates, Bowls, Platters, and Trays some creasing and/or lines may appear around the edges, but this is normal and no refunds will be issued. Also the placement of the image may differ from what you see on your proof to the shipped item due to this molding process, no refunds will be provided.
Payment
All orders placed in KS are subject to 6.75% sales tax.

Only one shipping address per order, please. We can only apply shipping discount for multiple items if they are shipping to the same address.
