Very fast shipping and great quality. My complaint is that the toe box is very small so they're very uncomfortable. I'm hoping to stretch them out a bot so that hey fit better.

I received the item on time, the fabric is of good quality and the dress is beautiful and identical to the photos. One issue I need to report, but which was handled well by customer service: the dress size doesn't correspond to my body measurements. I usually wear XL with a 115cm waist, but I tried a 4XL because it was listed as 100cm. In the end, it was much too big; my waist measurement was definitely over 115cm. BUT Evanna listened attentively and understood the problem. I received a 50% refund, which allowed me to have the dress altered to my size. So you can buy it with your eyes closed, but take your usual size without paying attention to the size guide unless it changes! Thanks again to Evanna for listening and understanding!

J'ai reçu l'article dans les temps, le tissu est de bonne qualité et la robe est belle et identique aux photos. Un problème que je dois faire remonter mais qui a bien été géré par le service client : la taille de la robe ne correspond pas à la taille du corps. Je prends d'habitude du XL avec un tour de taille de 115cm mais j'ai tenté du 4XL car c'était noté 100cm pour la taille. Au final, c'était beaucoup trop grand, c'était forcément plus de 115cm de tour de taille. MAIS Evanna a été à l'écoute et a compris le problème. J'ai eu un remboursement de 50% me permettant de faire des retouches et avoir cette robe à ma taille. Donc vous pouvez l'acheter les yeux fermés mais prenez votre taille habituelle sans faire attention au guide des tailles à moins que ça change ! Encore merci à Evanna pour son écoute et sa compréhension !
