We are not responsible for packages that have been delivered. I do not issue refunds for packages that say they were delivered. I also can not give refunds for shipping delays, lost mail or other shipping problems. Please do not ask for a refund if your shipping is unresolved.I will be happy to assist with filing a claim and if that results in a reimbursement I will refund your order at that time but once I ship your package any shipping issues other than broken or damaged merchandise is between you and the shipping service you choose when you placed your order. Please understand, I will do everything I can to help resolve these issues. I am usually able to help resolve them without too much of a delay or issue but I can not take responsibility for your shipping service or issues relating to them that are outside of my control.

If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777 or the shipping service you picked when you placed your order. That is the quickest way to a resolution and this will help me, help you, if a claim need to be filed.

If your order is returned to me due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for me to reship your order so please double check your address before you submit your order.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the item, please let me know within seven days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.

RETURNS
All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf.
No returns will be accepted or discounts will be provided.

Due to the nature of my products, I am unable to accept returned products. If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, I will happily work with you to find a solution so please contact me within (7) days after receiving your order.

ALL OF MY PRODUCTS ARE MADE/FILLED TO ORDER.
Please keep in mind, I am a small business. All items are handcrafted. Please allow time for your item to be made with love, packaged and carefully dispatched.

NATURAL PRODUCTS & WEATHER
I do not use stabilizers in any of my products. Everything is completely natural which makes it vulnerable to the weather. Shipping during cold or hot weather may cause freezing or melting. This will definitely alter the texture of many of my products... specifically my whipped butters, moisturizers, butters and hair cream. If the product has melted when you receive it, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes so it can resolidify. If the product is frozen, allow time for the product to heat up to room temperature. I will not reship or offer any refunds for products that melt during shipping. Melting does not affect the nourishing benefits and the products are still completely safe to use.

Daisy Kimbro is the CEO/Founder of Aromaology. Daisy planted a seed over 16 years ago that has grown into a in-demand product line known more for its benefits than common usage.

Daisy was born in Los Angeles, CA, a city well known for its health consciousness, fitness and beauty. Growing up within such social constricts, backed with the strong sense of moral fortitude and entrepurenuership taught by her mother and grandmother, it's no wonder that Daisy's influences would lead to success.

Aromaology is an all natural handmade bath, body and home fragrance line. Daisy started Aromaology in October 1998 with no training or experience in botanicals. Up until then, she had simply made candles from soybeans as a hobby. At the persistence of a friend, Daisy showcased her candles at a local exposition, and sold out of her inventory! It was then that Daisy conceptualized the idea of an all-natural handmade bath, body and home fragrance product line.

Daisy, a vegetarian, who has always lived a holistic lifestyle, even creating her own household cleaning products from natural resources, founded the Aromaology brand based on personal organic recipes. The company's mission of environmental activism was born out of these ideas as well. In addition to soy candles, came the eco-friendly creation of incredible aromactic diffusers, body butters, all-in-one bath-body-hair and massage oil, serums and cleansers.

Believing that businesses have the power to do good, she launched her own website www.daisysaromaology.com and maintains that the past few years were the most exciting period of her life - leaving her career as a health professional and creating a vision board that is now a vision come true set to affect consumer health, animal welfare, the environment and community trade. As Daisy continues to create new and innovative health conscious products, strategic partnerships continue to support Aromaology's growth.

There is no doubt that Aromaology will closely identify within the public mind as the company grows. Daisy's overall goal is for the company to evolve into a global operation with thousands of people working towards common environmental values that will set Aromaology apart from mainstream competitors.

Daisy became "green" many years before it became fashionable to do so and she hops that adding sustainable products to a mass market will inspire others to strive to set up and grow their own eco-friendly companies.

CUSTOM & LARGE QUANTITY:
All custom orders with specifications for special events and requests for large quantities are welcome. Many of Aromaology items are perfect for special occasions, baby showers, weddings or unique celebrations. Please send a message to the shopkeeper describing the details of your needs and you will receive a response within 1-3 days with a quote including shipping and handling costs.
Once the request has been detailed to your satisfaction and the quote is approved, then a separate *Reserved* listing will be created for your purchase (with all quantities and shipping costs contained within the single listing) and you will be able to complete your purchase at your convenience.

Returns and exchanges
RETURNS: Aromaology would like for our customer to be happy and delighted with your purchase, so if you are unsatisfied with your order as it arrives, please contact the shopkeeper about the issue and your concerns will be addressed. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. At this time, shipping charges unfortunately cannot be refunded, and buyers will have to handle the return shipping of items.
Payment
PAYMENT: Aromaology shop accepts orders through Paypal & Direct Checkout through Etsy. Cashier’s Check and Money Order payment is also acceptable for orders over $50 in the USA or Canada, please contact the shopkeeper about your order when using this method of payment.

Please contact Paypal or Etsy if there are any problems submitting your payment.
Shipping
SHIPPING: Items are shipped within 7-10 days due to an abundance of orders for this holiday season. Shipping will return to normal in January to 3-5 days processing time. We ship from purchase via USPS First Class for Domestic shipping under 13 ounces and priority mail over 13 ounces.

EXPEDITED Shipping can be arranged by contacting the shopkeeper before completing your purchase and Insurance and other safe shipping measures can be added to large and custom orders where appropriate or by request.

ALL items are shipped securely in 100% Recycled packaging materials & boxes from incoming supplies and purchases.

GIFT WRAPPING is available upon request to the shopkeeper. While all items are hand wrapped with handwritten tags and adornments, most items are packaged with securing the item from damage as priority. If gift wrapping is desired, the same secure packaging will be ensured, but with specially gift wrapped and packaged within the packing material and shipping package.
