Hello and welcome to Arrok Metal Studio. I hand craft each piece of jewelry on this page. I hand pierce, hand saw, hand set every stone, and hand finish each item. I love the challenge of designing fun, unique and one-of-a-kind jewelry.
I do not use any silver toned metals, I use only Fine silver .999 and Sterling Silver .925 along with copper, brass and gemstones.
***Price differences vary due to sterling silver market prices, thickness of metal used, chain type, clasp type, stones used and woman hours I put into the piece.***
I accept PayPal as well as Direct Checkout
SALES TAX: California residents will be charged current sales tax rate.
I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. I use USPS First Class shipping and I add tracking.
Each piece will arrive packaged for gift giving.
Prices for shipping include packaging, shipping costs and handling charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS UPDATE: (August 2013)
NO SHIPPING to BRAZIL, TURKEY, CHINA, GREECE, OR MEXICO.
I ship using first class mail (typically 8-20 business days). I am happy to add insurance and express mail services for an additional fee. Please understand that parcels get lost, get stolen and can take long periods of time to arrive depending on where you live outside of the US.
I can't be responsible if your package is not delivered, held in customs or is damaged in transit. I suggest adding "Registered Mail" to your package (typically $12.95-$20.00 depending on cost of item purchased) you will need to sign for your package, but it is traceable after it leaves the USA with this option.
Each country's import taxes and duty fees are different and it is up to you to be aware of your own country's laws regarding such things as well as your responsibility to pay them.
***International customers who are not quoted in my shipping area please read!!!***
Many countries do not allow jewelry to be sent into them unless the package is insured and sent prioroty or express mail. (typically $21.95-49.95) Please message me if you live in a country not quoted for shipping and would like to purchase one of my items.

Additional Policies and FAQs
*****Please take the time to read the following helpful information*****
A word on COPPER/STERLING SILVER and OXIDATION:
I use a lot of mixed metals in my work and I oxidize (patina) most of my pieces. Some people will turn green from copper or black from sterling silver (it's temporary) and you typically know if you are one of those people, or not, from your past experiences with these metals. Certain people have a chemical make-up that will turn sterling silver black and deeply oxidize the item almost immediately.
I make every effort to inhibit excessive oxidation and color changes on my items, but that is the nature of copper as well as true sterling silver, it WILL tarnish and continue to patina over time. This is something that I personally love about working with these metals. The patina will change over time and with wear. I use a jewelers wax to help prevent immediate oxidation. Please message me with any questions you have regarding metals and color changes.
IMPORTANT!! Please use common sense when wearing and storing your items. I do not advise that you shower, wash dishes, exercise, swim in the ocean, a pool, your tub, a stream, river or any body of water while wearing your treasured item. Also, DO NOT spray sunscreens, perfumes, hairsprays, lotions etc while wearing any pieces, the chemicals in these products will react with the metals and can drastically change the look of your item. When not wearing your purchase its best stored out of direct moisture and air and your items should be kept inside the box or a jewelry bag.
To clean your item please do NOT use commercial grade jewelry cleaners, these are too harsh. Simply mix a bit of baking soda with water and use a soft toothbrush to lightly scrub the piece in circular motions, then rinse with water and dry completely. If you have any questions about cleaning your purchase please do not hesitate to ask!
ONE-OF-A-KIND: Due to the fact that all my jewelry is completely hand crafted and hand fabricated my items are truly one-of-a-kind. No one else will have the exact piece of jewelry that you are purchasing. My more expensive items reflect the complexity and time involved in the design of the piece as well as the materials used to make the item. My pierced and sawed silhouette style necklaces will have slight variations from piece to piece. It is impossible to make each hand pierced piece exaclty the same.
I graduated from the Gemological Institute of America, I was taught to uphold very high standards in the fabrication, as well as design, of my jewelry. I hope that you enjoy wearing my pieces as much as I have enjoyed creating them!!
