→ Shipping method & Delivery time:
• International registered airmail:
After your payment is received, the item will be shipped to you from Europe via international registered airmail.

You will receive a tracking number to control the process of the shipment. (Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post. So I can track your package only while it's in Ukraine).

Approximate terms are from personal practice, but they are not guaranteed since they depends on the postal service and your location!

Approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 1,5 - 3 weeks (most often 10 days);
- Canada: 1,5 - 3 weeks (most often 10 days)
- Australia: 2 - 4 weeks (sometimes to 60 days!);
- Europe: 5 days - 3 weeks;
- Germany: 5 days - 3 weeks;
- France: 5 days - 3 weeks;
- UK: 5 days - 3 weeks.

• Express shipping:
- Express shipping via EMS is available upon request. Please contact me if you need it before placing an order, so we can adjust shipping prices.

→ After placing your order, you receive a letter and the track number will be displayed in the card of your order.
Please, in order to avoid difficulties, trace your order by the track number and if necessary, contact the nearest state post office.

→ In case of returning the goods at the request of the buyer (or when returning the goods as not claimed from the post office), the cost will be refunded minus the postage (this amount is individual and depends on the weight and country of the recipient). - Handmade flowers are sensitive to moist and can lose their form if exposed.
- Flowers may deform under any type of clothing.
- Store and transport each individual flower in separate boxes.
- Try to avoid the contact of the flower with hair style products and perfumes.
- If cleaning is needed, use dry, soft brush.
