Beautiful custom made piece. Seller was above and beyond helpful in answering all of my questions, and really put her heart and soul into it. Wonderful to interact and do business with. A++!

    I am using an on-demand printer so that I can bring you a new variety of fun and unique home decor items. I've pre-screened and inspected each of these new product lines for quality and construction prior to offering them here at Etsy.

Welcome!

Please note that I have been printing my smaller work since the beginning of this journey on Etsy in 2006. I have invested in a new computer, new software & I upgraded to a 10-ink printer in order to handle the new directions I want my art to take.

All of my posters, canvas prints, home decor goods, etc. and my ready-to-frame 11" x 14" matted prints are printed from my high resolution files for great picture quality.

*Product pictures are at a much lower resolution, viewing distance is too close for art and monitors will vary, so please keep these things in mind.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Please pay within three days of purchase.
Paypal preferred (verified) but will consider other forms of payment which includes payment plans for higher-end work.
Please write me first to discuss these options.

*Our private transaction details and personal information are always secure and confidential with me.
Shipping
I use USPS for smaller art on canvas and some of my mixed media pieces.
Shipping will include insurance and delivery confirmation.

Ready-to-frame prints from my studio will ship in flats by First Class Mail.

Large Format Posters:
Posters will ship rolled in tubes.
*Posters, combined with any other type of art, such as the matted 11"x14" pieces, will require additional charges, due to the differences in sizes & packaging.

Larger paintings, canvas art, home decor items and 3D sculptural work will be shipped either U.S.P.S. Parcel Post, U.P.S. or Fed Ex and will include insurance & delivery confirmation. These higher end Special Order / Custom Order transactions and One-of-a-Kind fine art shipments might additionally require signature confirmation for delivery.

Need something fast?
Please write me first and we can upgrade your shipping preferences and I will update the cost in the listing after your approval.
*any upgrade will be at an additional cost to the buyer.

For international orders, any & all additional taxes, tariffs, etc. will be at the buyer's expense.

*I prefer that all international buyers contact me first so that I can try to get you an exact shipping cost and then, revise the listing as RESERVED in your name, with your updated total.
Refunds and Exchanges
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

I am happy to refund your full purchase price.

You must notify me within three days of receiving any of my work in order to be eligible for a refund.

*I will pay for return shipping through Paypal and any refund will also be given through Paypal when I receive the returned artwork back to my studio in the same condition as when it left.

DAMAGE:

Any of my work that has been damaged will be dealt with promptly.

All damaged items must be returned to my studio within seven days of receiving the art. Upon receipt back to my studio, I will quickly handle the processing to make things right.

*All matted digital work (the 11"x14" ready-to-frame pieces) and any unmatted digital work that I print in my studio, will be replaced.

*Large format posters will also be replaced. If I do not have it in stock, I will special order it for you immediately.

*Home Decor items such as throw pillows, large gallery wrap canvas prints, etc. will either be refunded or replaced depending on what you prefer.
Any damaged home goods must be returned to my studio within 7 days of receipt.

*One-of-a-kind pieces and Custom Orders: original paintings, collages, mixed media, furniture, etc. will be refunded in full.

The Buyer must comply with the following conditions in order to get a refund on one-of-a-kind items.
*I must be notified immediately about any damage.
*a brief description of the damage must be given.
*I will send payment for return shipping costs through Paypal.
*the artwork must be returned to me within 7 days of receiving it.
*for all damage requests, I might additionally ask that you provide a couple of snapshots of the damaged delivery for me to include in my claim.

Sadly, damage is a part of shipping life these days and patience is a good thing.
I will do everything in my power to make this process a fast one, and as painless as possible, should any problems arise.

LOST or STOLEN:
The Buyer must report the loss to the carrier immediately and to me. I will assist in the process to determine what has happened and to try to locate the item.

There will be no refund for any item that has a shipping delivery confirmation for the address that the Buyer has listed on our transaction.

Please be advised that no use is allowed without my express written permission and all copyrights are retained in full unless otherwise stated in written and/or contractual form.

I have allowed free use of my work in many instances as long as specified conditions are met by the user, which may be as simple as crediting me, so please don't hesitate to write me.

CUSTOM / COMMISSIONED ART

I will be happy to consider custom requests.
Please write me with details and we can see if I am a good fit for your original art or creative design needs.

I've designed logos, banners and a variety of promotional materials throughout the years and now I am happy to offer expanded design services for custom home decor items that will be created just for you.

Finally, I am happy to discuss all inquiries for gallery or upscale retail shop representation. I have participated in several 'Invitation Only' gallery shows in the past.

I am open to listening to unorthodox unique opportunities... so, pitch me your idea and if it sounds good, we can go from there!
