The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your item, you may send it back for a refund, some exclusions may apply. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned (i.e. custom frame sizes, custom mat size, customized mat opening). No refunds after 7 days of receiving item. Contact us for an RMA to send back the item and receive your refund. Item must be in new condition. Customer pays for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will apply to orders with free shipping. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made from incorrect information that you provide. If there is an error, please contact us to see if it can be corrected.
Payment
We accept Paypal and Credit Cards.
Sales Tax is collected for items shipping to Colorado. You are responsible for any other taxes/import fees/VAT in your area. As state laws change, Etsy might automatically collect sales tax for your state.
Shipping
Standard shipping for all items are shipped best method at our sole discretion via Fedex Ground, FedEx SmartPost, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail.

Expedited shipping methods including FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2Day, FedEx NextDay, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express are, in most cases, available for US Domestic shipments at an additional fee. Please be advised that not all USPS shipping options are guaranteed, unlike FedEx (except for Ground and Smart Post, which are not guaranteed).

In some cases, we may substitute your selected shipping method for a like-kind method offered by another carrier. In such cases, the estimated duration or days in transit will not change. For example, if we produce your item sooner than estimated and you have selected "USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business day)", we may substitute this with expedited shipping via "FedEx Overnight" or "FedEx 2Day" services.

Our shipping carriers, FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS), ship to almost 100% of all locations worldwide. All orders must be shipped with one of our shipping carriers and a shipping service offered. We do not under any circumstance, ship any of our products with your own shipping method using an alternative carrier. If you are located internationally and require an alternative shipping carrier, we recommend that you research a freight forwarder. A freight forwarder would repackage and ship the product to you after our shipment is received at their Domestic US location. The sole exception to this policy is for "pickup from lab" orders where the product(s) will be picked up at our location and the shipping cost will be fully refunded.

Once your order has been tendered to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays in transit, including delays where the item was originally estimated to arrive before a specified date/event then did not arrive on time. FedEx Express services do include insurance for missed-delivery dates if the package fails to arrive when it was originally estimated to arrive by, unless the delay is due to changes made to shipment by the end-customer, or any other reason as outlined in the FedEx terms of services.

If your package arrives damaged and the contents possibly damaged, please note it with the delivery employee. Contact us to file a claim and to get the broken item replaced. Take pictures of the packaging and contents.

Once your package(s) has been tendered to and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, any additional fees or charges - including, but not limited to: duties, import fees, redelivery attempts, tariffs, taxes and VAT - are the responsibility of the importing party and/or ship-to recipient.

Customers are responsible for verifying that their shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect, missing, or insufficient shipping information provided to us. If you notice an error prior to the shipment leaving our facility, please inform us immediately so we can resolve the issue on our end if it is at all possible. In some cases, if the shipment has already left our facility, we may be able to redirect the shipment to an alternate or corrected shipment address (a fee may apply). We hold no responsibility if the delivery of the shipment is attempted and the address is deemed "incorrect", "incomplete", "insufficient", "missing", or "unable to receive" by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for address corrections that the shipping carrier may perform for delivery of this shipment. We are not responsible if the shipment is returned to us due to any number of reasons including incorrect, insufficient, incomplete, or missing information. Unless the item is damaged while in transit, the customer will not be entitled to any refunds or credits for shipping or product costs if the shipment is returned to us for any reason. The customer is responsible for any redelivery or reshipment costs arising from any and all situations where the item has been returned to us.

In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products.
