1 out of 5 starsUpon opening the box I expected the medium frame to accommodate 2-3 adults and the large frame to accommodate 3-4 adults, as referenced in the advertisement. I reached out to the company and they replied.... "The number of fitting people depends on how you hold the frame. For example, if you hold it with some distance you can fit about 3 people." FALSE ADVERTISING! The large frame will frame 2 grown adults. The medium frame might frame two small children. Unfortunately, the medium frame will not work for our event. When I asked for a refund on the small frame, they offered me $25 off. Frankly, I'm pretty disappointed and should have gone to the local printing shop in my town and asked for the same thing. It would have cost a fraction of what I paid with shipping included ($137.66). They have lost my business.
