Thank you for visiting my shop. I have been making things since I was very young, and haven't stopped. I am most happy when I am being creative. I never know what I'll be working on next, and I often have several projects on the go. Please take your time, browsing my shop.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I am now set up for Direct Check-out, which means there are multiple ways to pay for your items besides using PayPal. Yay!
Shipping
I ship regular AIR mail, to both Canada and the USA. For International Shipping, please inquire for an estimate.
**NEW** Items are shipped within one week of purchase or sooner. Please contact me if you require that your purchase be shipped out immediately.
I ship by air, and never ground. If you need it more urgently, please let me know, and I'll look into courier costs, and I'll adjust the price to reflect the shipping service you require.
I combine shipping, if you are purchasing more than one item at the same time. Normally, the second item is only $2.00 extra.
If I ever find that I have over-estimated the shipping costs, and overcharge you by $1 or more, I will refund the difference to you by paypal.
Please note, that I am not responsible for payment of any international customs/duty charges in the receiving country. Please be familiar with the custom charges in your country. I cannot send items as "gift", or for a lesser amount that you paid, I can only indicate the true value paid for all items. Thanks for your understanding.
