I contacted Jesse for an update on the shipping, he apologized for the slight delay and kindly explained he was on his honeymoon but would ship it that day for me. He went above and beyond by expediting my order (free of charge to me)!! It arrived with enough time for me to find the perfect matte to mount it to and give it to my friend as a housewarming gift.
Not only did Jesse give outstanding service to me without hesitation or being asked, he is highly talented and his print is even more stunning in person!!
