Please be aware of COVID-19 shipping times. Domestic (U.S.) orders are taking a little longer than usual and international orders are taking anywhere from two weeks to four months to arrive. PLEASE be patient with your order. At this time I am not considering anything lost until 12 weeks from the ship date have passed. I am no longer shipping untracked flats internationally as I received too many inquiries about where orders were. I am also no longer re-shipping items that are stuck in transit, as this more often than not has resulted in two items stuck in transit. I have noticed orders to California in particular are taking a long time. I am shipping orders three days a week but I do not control how fast the USPS gets you your items. If you need something faster, please send me a private message and I can get you a quote for a different shipping service.

Which items have tracking?

Any physical item that is not flat, such as a button or pillow, comes with tracking. Flat items like stickers or postcards ship via USPS regular envelope and do not come with tracking unless you have ordered a large amount of them.

Can I get this by (insert date here)?

If you give me enough advanced notice, probably. I ship within three business days of purchase for most of my items, not including custom artwork of course. I use USPS first class or priority, which typically arrives within 2-3 business days, but I don’t make any specific promises for when things arrive. Once a package is shipped, it’s out of my hands. If you need an item by a specific date or holiday, please let me know well in advance. I can also upgrade you if you’re willing to pay the extra shipping cost. Please send me a message to work something out.

Is (insert item here) waterproof?

I don't guarantee any of my products to be waterproof. Stickers are not waterproof and are only recommended for laptops, phone cases and other things that will not be near water. Buttons are pressed by hand and should be fine in light rain but cannot be submerged in water or drenched. Tote Bags have not been tested so I would be cautious in washing them, but they should be fine in light rain as well. Pillows are washable on a delicate cycle in cold water or by hand.

I noticed a defect in my product or I am not happy with my product. Can I get a refund or another product?

Buyers have 24 hours from delivery to inspect their purchase and contact me with a photo of their product. If it is found to be defective, I will refund the full purchase. If the item arrived safely but you are not happy with it for any reason, you may ship the item back to me within 21 days of delivery and you will be refunded for the product. I will not refund shipping on items returned because the buyer decided they didn't want/like it. If the item is damaged in transit back to me, I will not refund the purchase.

Help! I damaged my item! Will you send me another?

I am not responsible for any damage caused after I ship your item. This includes theft of packages or damage caused by postal workers. As stated above, you have 24 hours upon receipt of the package to inspect it and report damages, including photographic evidence, at which point I will make a determination.

I accidentally ordered an item to the wrong address! Will you change it for me?

I can't ship items to addresses different than what was submitted in the order. But if you order the item again to the correct address, I'll happily cancel your original order. If I have already shipped the item, I will refund the order minus my own shipping costs IF AND ONLY IF I the item is returned to me. I will not refund items that are lost in the mail due to an incorrect address on your part.

Does your merchandise come from a clean, allergen-free home?

I don’t smoke or live with anyone who does, but I do have a small black dog and his hair gets everywhere. I try to avoid this but sometimes a few of his little hairs might get into an order. Please let me know before you order if you are allergic to dogs or need me to take special care packaging your order for any reason.

I noticed some extra items in my order! Was this an accident?

Nope! I frequently include bonus items for my customers! Sometimes the bonus items are just for fun; other times I might send extra items I don't sell anymore and am trying to get rid of. You're welcome to keep the bonus items or give them away to friends.

I never received my item!

Times are very strange during the COVID-19 pandemic. Things are taking a very long time to arrive anywhere, particularly internationally. I ask that you please be patient. At this time I am not considering items to be lost until 12 weeks after the shipping date. Please contact me if the item has not arrived by then and I will happily assist.

My item was returned to sender. What happens now?

Items that were returned to sender through no fault of mine can be sent back if you agree to pay for shipping again. You may also choose a refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. You may also be subject to additional fees if I have to completely repackage the item. This includes items that were returned to me due to failure to pickup or reschedule a delivery, or if you gave me the wrong address in your order. I will not issue a refund or send a new item until I have the original item returned safely to me. Refunds will not be given to items damaged in transit.
