The customer service was great! Super responsive and helpful. Although it did take a very long time to receive it. Which I expected, but not this long.
When I received it, it was in brilliant condition and very easy to put on the laptop. It looked great! Although within 2 weeks I noticed that the corner had already cracked. I was surprised! I never travel with my laptop and it stays either on my table or bed. Maybe I was just unlucky this time!
