Dear customers, I accept your payments in PayPal, preferably, but in case you wish to pay in any other form, please do let me know and I will do my best to sort it out.
It would be highly appreciated if you do proceed to pay for your purchases sooner than later, because I aim to dispatch the items purchased quickly, so that you can unite with your beautiful handcrafted pieces :)
I also believe this approach makes it easy and convenient for both the buyer and the seller, to finalise the purchase and dispatch swiftly.
I will ship your item within maximum 3 days, in case the purchase was finalised on the weekend.
Majority of the times, your item will be on its way to you as soon as you finalise your purchase, meaning the next day! :)
I treat my customers with priority, same way as I would expect to be treated. I value each and every one of you for appreciating my craft & creations.

International orders are all posted via First Class Air mail without delivery confirmation or tracking, this service helps to keep costs down for you and to date I have found this service to be very reliable. Within the EU estimated delivery by Royal Mail is 5-10 days and all other countries 7-10 working days, please bear in mind delivery times can be affected by customs procedures and postal services in your own country. AirSure/Tracked is available for an additional cost of $8.00. If you would like an accurate postage quote to your country, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
I always make sure to specify as much information as possible about the items, for that reason I think it is very unlikely or little likely to happen that you would require a refund or an exchange.
But in case there is truly a major issue with the item, I would be more than happy to consider your request.

For custom orders, I would highly appreciate the understanding that the item was created specifically to your desire and would be glad if you do not ask for refunds or exchange based on that. But once more, if there is a major issue with the item, I am here to do whatever it takes to keep you happy :)

In case of an occurred refund, the buyer would be the bearer of shipping costs, when shipping the item back.

Please do let me know (via my Esty Conversations Option by sending a message ) if you wish me to send you the item with the use of tracked delivery or insurance. This service would surely cost slightly more, but in case you require this type of postage, I would gladly fulfil your request.

In case of a loss or damage, I will chase the service provider with a claim and do my best not to leave you disappointed by creating a clone of the item and sending it to you, although I am very hopeful there will be no items lost :)
