I can't find my download link or PDF file. Where is it?
Etsy does NOT send digital files via the mobile app. To download your files, please log into your Etsy account using a WEB BROWSER (Safari, Chrome, etc.) on a desktop computer or phone, go to "Purchases and Reviews", and click "Download Files".
Will you edit the label for me or send me a printed sticker?
No. This is a self-editing digital template. You will edit the text yourself on Canva and print it at home or at a local print shop.
Do you edit the label for me or offer custom formatting services?
This listing is a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) template designed for self-editing in Canva. Personalization and custom formatting services are NOT included in this price. Canva is extremely beginner-friendly, drag-and-drop, and takes just a few minutes to learn.
How do I change text, fonts, or colors in Canva?
Editing in Canva is very simple! Just double-click on any text box "Your Text" to type your own words, or use the top toolbar to change fonts, text sizes, and colors. For step-by-step visual guidance, Canva offers free 1-minute video tutorials at canva.com/help.
Why doesn't the label fit my exact bottle?
Bottle proportions differ wildly across brands and countries. We provide standard dimensions listed above, but it is the buyer's responsibility to measure their bottle prior to printing. You can adjust scaling or crop slightly when applying the sticker.
Can I get a refund because I changed my mind ?
As per Etsy digital policy and our shop terms, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.
How long will I have access to my purchased template?
Access to your Canva template is granted for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please edit, complete, and download the finished files to your device within this period to maintain access to your printable templates.
