This is my 2nd order from this shop. Unfortunately the earrings I initially selected weren't available any longer. Patricia contacted me immediately and let me know-she offered a refund or the opportunity to select another pair. I chose another pair. I received them today and they are GORGEOUS! I gave them as a gift to a friend who loves them. I will be ordering a pair for me shortly. BTW, even though it was not necessary, Patricia sent me a complementary pair of earrings because of the original selection not being available. Totally unnecessary but much appreciated.
