Frequently asked questions
I Just Placed a Personalized Order, Now What?
All orders with personalization will receive a Proof via Etsy Messages for you to approve before I create the item. Proofs can take up to 36 hours, but most will be sent out within 12 hours. Please be on the look out for the Proof in your Messages/Email, as the sooner it's approved, the sooner I can create the item and probably get it out ahead of the estimated shipping date!
Note: After 48 hours of sending a Proof, if I have not heard back, I will send an email to check in about the proof. If another 24 hours passes and I still have not heard back, then I will accept the Proof as correct and proceed with the order to insure I get it out on time.
I Received My Personalized Item and the Name/Phrase is Incorrect. Help!
If there is an error in your personalization that is my fault, I will gladly and very apologetically replace it for you as soon as possible. If the error is due to faulty information given in the order, or a Proof that was approved and days later realized something was wrong, then a replacement will need to be purchased if you want the error corrected.
I Need My Item Sooner. Is there a RUSH Option?
For many items, yes! I always try to meet a customers timeline needs when possible. Before ordering, send a message and I will check rush availability for your item.
