Processing - Shipping - Import/Customs Fees
All of our art takes 4 business days to produce and ship. Shipping takes 2-5 days worldwide.
We have free shipping and all of the Customs/Import fees are included in the prices, so you don't have to pay anything extra (For US, EU, UK; CA, and AU).
We will share the tracking number when we have shipped the order, so you can track your order
Replacement & Refund
We will replace any damaged items and send you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your items. Simply contact us and let us know about any defects/issues via Etsy message.
We will always send you a replacement if your item is incorrect from what you originally ordered or lost during shipping.
If we haven't processed your order yet, we'll gladly honor a refund request; we aren't able to cancel an order after we have shipped it. Contact us for any assistance needed.
Return Policy
You can return the item within 30 days after you have received your order, in original condition with the original package. We do not accept returns for customized items.
