New colors just added! Pictured here are our new manila circles and a sampling of or two newest hand-colored hearts in sweet peach (a more vibrant shade than our original peach puff) and lavender mist. Cheers!
After many requests, I finally made a digital--ready to print--version of my ready to pop stickers available. They're good for labels, tags, cupcake toppers, buttons, or whatever your crafty heart desires. Cheers!

WHY ARTESENIAS?
Artesenias is the combination of two spanish words, arteSANias (crafts) and SENcilla (simple/down to earth). Artesenias, aspires to represent simple, useful, and down to earth crafts that add a delightful touch to people's lives. Whether it's a gift for a loved one, something to beautify your home, or an addition to your celebration, Artesenias is here to help!

ARTESENIAS IS FAMILY INSPIRED...
It's hard to define a clear starting date of Artesenias because crafting has always been a big part of my life. At a young age my mom and grandma instilled a love for crafting, second hand store scavenger hunts, and a true DIY spirit.

Through their examples, I've delved into all sorts of creative avenues including jewelry making (you can see my other etsy store, SouthWindDesign.etsy.com) which enabled me to supplement my income while working towards my bachelor's degree and teaching credential. I had an amazing experience teaching history for four years, but with the recent cuts to education, I was laid-off. Less than a year later I was diagnosed with uterine cancer. It was a difficult situation but the stubborn optimist in me would not be defeated!

With my amazing family's support, a widened creative outlet, surgery, and a lot of prayers, I caught my second wind. Not only did I expand my jewelry shop, but I established Artesenias and began grad school. I am always impressed by our wonderful and supportive etsy community and I'm delighted that so many of my pieces have traveled around the globe!

Little by little, Artesenias has been growing as I explore the creative horizon, source vintage treasures, find previously-loved media to repurpose and upcycle, as well as creative supplies for all my wonderful supporters.

Where is Artesenias heading?

The horizon of Artesenias is exciting. Thanks to my fabulous etsy supporters I just completed my master's degree education at CSU Long Beach. This fall, my amazing husband will be starting his last year of grad school and our beautiful young daughter will be starting her freshman year at CSULB. You can say we're a "Beach" family! I consider myself blessed to have the ability to support my family and have a crafty blast all at the same time. I am so grateful for your help in making my family's dreams come true! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

**INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: Your country may or may not charge an import duty tax for the item(s) you purchase. It is your responsibility to know what those items are and to decide whether or not to order. I do not have a list of these items or the amount they will charge you. Contact your country's customs office for information. Since none of that money will go to me, I will not cover or refund these charges for you nor will I make any refunds for those items.
Shipping
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most items are prepared to ship within 1-5 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The transit time varies greatly depending on where you are located globally. The following estimated transit times DO NOT include production time.

*Within the United States
-First class shipping takes 3-5 business days
-Priority mail takes 2-3 business days and can be added in your shopping cart
-Priority mail express takes 1-2 business days and can be added in your shopping cart.

*International destinations
-Most First Class international packages take AT LEAST 3 weeks (2 weeks for Canada). This is not a guaranteed timeline. Packages can be held up by customs for processing. It does not happen frequently but it does happen and it is completely out of my control. Please plan your purchases accordingly.
-Priority mail is an option to get your order faster, but it is relatively expensive ranging from $30-$60 depending on the size of the package and the destination. Priority mail is required for packages over 4lbs (1.8 kilo).
-I ship international packages with USPS first class and will have documentation of postage and shipment. Once your package leaves my hands, it is out of my control. There is no tracking information available for first class shipping, only delivery confirmation. If you want tracking information, your package must be mailed via registered mail for an extra fee. Refunds WILL NOT be made for lost or delayed shipments that are not BOTH registered AND insured - it will take longer for your package to arrive, but it is the safest route for international packages. Contact me PRIOR to placing your order if you would like your package sent via registered and insured mail.

NEED YOUR ORDER RIGHT AWAY?
US shoppers: You can now add priority mail shipping automatically in your shopping cart (overages will be refunded). I make every effort to get orders shipped out within the stated timeframe. If you are in a bind and need something sooner, I will do my best to accommodate you. However, depending on the work demand of the items you order, there may be a rushed order fee* in addition to priority shipping upgrade fee. Don't let the rushed fee scare you though, this is only for very busy times when a customer wants a large, or detailed order done a lot quicker than it would normally take ;)

Shipping problems are extremely rare but they do happen! I will have proof of shipping for your item, once it leaves my possession, the delivery of your item is out of my control. I will not be responsible for lost or delayed packages that are not insured. Contact me prior to placing your order if you would like to purchase insurance.

Etsy's system does not automatically adjust shipping for weight and does not always recognize US territories abroad (ex: US Virgin Islands). If you feel you might be overpaying, please write "double check shipping" and I'll look into it for you!
Refunds and Exchanges
My primary concern is that you are pleased. I do my best to fully depict items in the photos and description.

Measurements for the items are included in the item description. REFER TO A TAPE MEASURE OR RULER for a realistic "feel" for how large/small your item will be. Returns or exchanges will not be made if an item is too big or too small for your use (unless I goofed up of course, lol!). If there is ever a problem, PLEASE contact me before leaving feedback. If there is a mistake on my part, I will gladly repair or replace the item free of charge ONLY if it is shipped back to me in new condition within two weeks of receipt . The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Personalized and custom orders are final once the payment is submitted NO refunds or exchanges will be made . Thank you!

CAN I GET A QUANTITY DISCOUNT?
Many of my items already have quantity discounts readily available in my shop. Please check the corresponding listings for discounts. Bare in mind that handmade items take an equal amount of care, materials and effort to create whether I make 1 or 500. Some of these items also have discounts readily available in my shop. Other than those already available, I also have discount codes in the shop announcements underneath my shop banner.
