Really like it and makes setup and breaking down quick and easy due to simply placing your drum onto the lift - no drilling of holes to install or damage to wood hoops from the usual clamp approach lifts. Simple yet great idea and quality material. Reason for a four than a five is that I had to modify the height being my BD is only 16". That was an easy fix simply cutting a 1-1/2" (needed to hit center) piece of foam and attached it to the top curvature of the lift where it meets the bottom of the drum. Works just fine! I would assume it works perfectly for slightly larger drums say 18"-22" bass drums. That said I will order another one for my 18". Other than my minor modification on its height, it is a simple, economical, quality practical approach making bass drums sound at its best hitting center.

Seller was extremely helpful and the item worked perfectly

Works with some pedals good but others not so good. The Sonor Docking Station and Giant Step pictured is not so good. Docking Station adjustment slips on lip and pedal wobbles. Works well with the DW pedals though. Perfect height for 18” bass drums but there a little bit of a creep involved until settling in on beater from impact.

The poster was rolled in a protective container and in excellent condition. Framed it and hung it on the wall in my rehearsal studio where I can see it when behind my kit. It provides the encouragement I often times need to persevere in order to make progress . Thank you Mr. Dixson.
