Purchased a set of plugs as a gift for my boyfriend and Christopher was wonderful with communication. The pair I wanted were stolen from him and he created a brand new pair and shipped them out so fast! The hand written note showed how much love and passion went into creating these and was informative on how to care for the jewelry and even included some history about the wood. He even sent some wax, I am so happy I found him! 10/10
