I love this special yellow and black bag -- it is adorable as well as practical!

I bought this to replace a 20 year old hemp purse that finally fell apart. This new purse is great. Sturdy and cute. It's the perfect size for the things I need and not bulky. The fabric seemed a little coarse at first but after a week or so of use it is nice and soft!

I bought this bag to replace one that I bought in 2004. I loooove the design of this bag: lots of pockets, a clever way to convert from backpack to messenger bag, the right size to pack a small lunch and other essentials so you can run about without being weighted down. Made in USA by a smallish business, material that's environmentally friendlier and that feels nice to the touch... I love everything about this bag.

This is my husband’s favorite wallet he has ever owned. He’s tough on wallets and this one is incredibly durable, yet comfortable. Artisan Gear Hemp is local to me and the shop went above and beyond to meet me in person to deliver the item. This is not the new bag that I just bought from Artisan Gear Hemp. It is the bag that I bought 15 or 20 years ago from them. I have carried it almost every day since then. It has been shoved under airplane seats, thrown around cars, and carried around on journeys by bike, foot and car. It has been washed and washed. I love it so much that I have overcast the frayed edges, and patched and rewoven any holes that have opened. I have bought other bags thinking to replace it,
but at some point I put them away and get this one out again. Why?
It is the right weight. It has a wonderful design, with a pocket for everything. It's easy to get into when I need something, but has enough zippers to be secure. Then I found that I could buy a replacement on Etsy! The new bag looks like just the same wonderful durable fabric and design.

My husband bought his first artisan gear wallet in 2016. He used it exclusively for 4 years before it wore out. Just bought him a new one to replace it. This has been an excellent purchase. I would highly recommend Artisan Gear Hemp.

Perfect, this one replaces the same bag that I’m pretty sure I bought at a small local business before my daughter was born, she is almost 19 and in college! Recently the original started to wear out. I have a 10.5 in IPad, a 5x7ish paper textbook, wallet, small cache of makeup and necessities, pens, portable charger, charging cables... Also, arrived in 3 days.

My boyfriend had one of these for years and the exterior fabric was coming off, so I looked into replacing it. I reached out to Elijah, who was able to make one with the same color of fabric as the old one my BF loved. He was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The wallet was a special order since he didn't have this color available any more but happened to have some fabric left. I appreciate how quickly he got it to me. It's a great gift! I've bought several of these little bags and have loved them all. It is the perfect size, low key, stylish and well made. I was looking for a purse/bag made of hemp since it's a sustainable and strong material. I received the bag right away and appreciated the quick turn around to my questions. Highly recommended.

Awesome bag! Excellent quality, and very versatile. I’ve also been able to fit way more in it than I thought was possible for a bag of its size.

I've already begun using it and it's perfect for my needs. Light, compact, zippers to ensure nothing falls out. Also, the beige and black look beautiful together.
