Hello

My name is Amber, I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace and have a pending Minor of the Arts in History. I moved back to my home state of Arizona (specializing in Unmanned Aircraft) to be with family.

I do the bulk of the programming from my home computer, I grind all of the pendants, assemble the orders, and I run the website as well as local events so if you're talking to someone it's most likely me. I often organize photography sessions with the beautiful models you see here and contact bloggers to host giveaways and reviews; please feel free to contact me if these are things you'd be interested in helping with in the future.

Occasionally you may see sewn items in the shop (definitely in abundance at local shows) because sometimes I need a break from the ordinary and like a change. Currently I make cloth flowers, macaron wristlets, clutch bags, tote bags, and keepsake bags.

Shipping
Shipping (within United States):
Most items are ready to ship within 7-10 days. Customized items can take 10-14 days before they are ready to ship. If you need it immediately please message me beforehand. When your order ships it will be marked as shipped via Etsy.

All purchases will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail which takes 5-7 business days for most places within the continental United States. Each package within the United States will come with a tracking number unless requested otherwise. If it turns out you've over paid for shipping by $.50 or more you will be refunded the difference.
If the tracking number you’re provided is incorrect please contact me, I may have just fat fingered it and will make every attempt to find it for you promptly.

Priority Shipping (optional, US only):
If you would like your package sent priority there is an additional charge. Etsy now offers you the option to upgrade shipping at check out. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days. (United States only, international packages are not eligible for priority shipping at this rate)

Express Shipping (optional, US only):
If you would like your package sent express mail it is an additional charge of $20. Priority mail takes 1-2 business days but is usually “next day” shipping meaning: your package will be due to arrive before noon or 3pm, depending on the area code. If it does not arrive by the USPS promised time USPS refunds the shipping to me- the shipper- and I will in turn refund you. You will need to contact me prior to placing your order to see if this option is available as I am not always able to ship the same or the next day as this would require. (United States only, international packages are not eligible for priority shipping at this rate)

Delayed Shipping:
If there is an expected extra delay in orders there will be an announcement on the shop page.

International Shipping:
Most items are ready to ship within 7-10 days and customized items can take 10-14 days before they are ready to ship. When your order ships it will be marked as shipped via Etsy.

All international purchases will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail which takes 2-5 weeks for most English speaking countries. Each package will come with a customs tracking number which allows *limited* tracking information up until the package leaves the United States. Once it has entered the hands of officials in your own country there may be little to no tracking information available. Most international packages ship for $6.55 USD or more. If it turns out you've over paid for shipping by $.50 or more you will be refunded the difference. International packages are not eligible for priority shipping, express shipping or shipping insurance at this time.

Your Shipping Address:
All items are shipped to your Etsy shipping address. It is NOT the responsibility of the seller to send a second package because the buyer did not have the correct address. Additionally your address is copied verbatim of how you provide it to Etsy, so don’t forget to capitalize.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be accepted if package is unopened or if product has not been used, is clean and must be shipped back of your own accord within 7 days of conversation of complaint. Any refunds will be handled within 3 weeks of its arrival and your refund will be for the item only and not for the shipping. (ex: you pay $20 for item and $5 for shipping, your refund will be $20).

As of October 4th, 2011 there will be no broken item replacement without an accompanying photo via Etsy Conversation. All broken claims must be accompanied by a photo for a refund. For broken necklace or necklace parts a 10% refund will be given after receiving the photo. Claim and photo must arrive at the same time. There is no refunds for broken items without a photo. No exceptions.

But my friend ordered a state pendant and they moved the heart and paid the reprogramming fee already, why do I have to pay the fee too?
Our laser is pretty old when it comes to the laser world, and the AutoCad program is pretty darn big. The laser can only store a finite amount of information and for that reason we only keep the program of the pendant shown, in the photo, in the laser’s memory. Each time someone new orders the heart moved we have to fix the program a little which the laser only uses until it is shut down at which time it reverts to the original program.

Can I have my state pendant without a heart?
Yes, there is a $5 reprogramming fee for this service.

Can I have my pendant a different size than shown in the listing?
You’ll need to contact me to see if the pendant can be made smaller; there will be a reprogramming fee that can range $10-$20.

Can I get my pendant in another color?
At this time all the pendants in my shop are made from stainless steel which is silver in color; however stainless steel reacts well to spray paints that are labeled acceptable for metals. This is something that I do not offer but once you've received your order you’re more than welcome to do what you like with it. Pendants that have been altered in any way will not applicable for return or exchange.

Do you engrave on pendants?
I have horrible handwriting! I’d hate to find out what my engraving skills would do to metal. I have referred quite a few customers to a popular mall store called Things Remembered, they engrave and it’s not super expensive either.

Can you stamp my pendant?
Stainless steel is too rigid to be stamped, therefore I have never purchased a set of stamps, sorry.

My order is a gift; will it come with a receipt?
Etsy provides an electronic receipt and therefore no paper receipt will be shipped with your order. You can access your receipt by clicking You> Purchases & Reviews> View Receipt on the order you’d like to see.

My order is a gift; can you leave a note inside?
My handwriting is pretty bad but you’re welcome to leave a little note for the recipient and I’ll try to remember to and print it off for you. During high volume times I may forget due to packaging multiple orders at once, sorry.

How do I track my package?
Once your order ships it will be marked as shipped on Etsy and you can track your package by clicking You> Purchases & Reviews> Track Package

I just moved/ am moving/ or provided the incorrect shipping address, what do I do?
If you find that you did not change your address because you have just moved, are moving or for whatever reason gave me the incorrect shipping address, I suggest you RUN, not walk, yourself to the nearest post office and fill out a change of address form or mail forwarding form. It is my understanding that these forms have to be filled out in person at the post office and will direct all of the mail with your name on it, which arrives AFTER the date you filled out the form, to be sent to your new address. If you do this and your order is not forwarded at that point you've bought the owners of your old place a house warming gift because it is NOT the responsibility of the seller to send a second package because the buyer did not provide the correct address. Keep in mind that forwarded mail can take up to 3 extra weeks to arrive (I know, it’s a long time to wait!) so please make sure your address is right the first time.

Do you ship to my country?
At this time I ship to limited countries because of lost packages and the inability to communicate with buyers. I would be happy to consider shipping to your country if you understand that there is limited tracking information once the package has left the United States and I am not responsible for “lost”, “slow”, “damaged” or “stolen” items shipped overseas.

I don’t speak English, how do I communicate with you?
If you do not speak English as a first language, when sending me a message via Etsy, please include both the original message in the language that you speak followed by a translated version of the message. Translation help can be found via www.translate.google.com

How do I clean my item?
Often times fingerprints or oils from your skin can, over time, make your pendant is look a little dull you can use any household cleaner to shine it. Since it is stainless steel I use a Pledge spray multi-surface cleaner, spray a tiny bit on the pendant and wipe away with a paper towel. Or Clorox wipes work well too. I always wash my hands first so I don’t automatically get prints on the pendant yet again. The chain is coated brass and should be simply brushed with a dry tooth brush to remove dust and oil and flakes of randomness.

How do I leave feedback?
Click You> Purchases & Reviews and choose the item which you’d like to leave feedback for, use the star rating, write a little something, and click Submit. If you’re considering leaving less than 5 stars keep in mind that most sellers, including myself, are open to communication and constructive criticism. Try contacting the seller about your concerns before leaving feedback; this will result in a happier more flexible, more open minded seller. My mother always said “don’t poke the bear before you ask him for some honey”.

You don’t make my state/country/thing/shape I want, what should I do?:
I make custom pendants! Your pricing options are as follows: purchase just one for $40 OR purchase five+ at $20 each. Both options include: programming, cutting, material, labor, pendant, necklace or key ring, keepsake bag, shipping supplies, shipping and tracking number.
Do NOT purchase a regular listing, please contact me PRIOR to placing an order as there are times I am unable to take custom orders.

I’d like a custom pendant, what should I do?:
Send me and Etsy Conversation and I will give you a price quote. Customs start at $40 and go up.
