Wie mein Laden entstand und insbesondere die Zauberbücher
How my shop was born and in particular the grimoires
Seit meiner Kindheit habe ich immer an Magie geglaubt, ich wusste immer, dass es sie gibt, und ich habe es geliebt, Märchen und Fantasy-Bücher zu lesen (die ich auch jetzt, da ich älter bin, immer noch liebe und lese, sowie Fernsehserien). Außerdem liebe ich Schönheit und Kunst sehr, ich hatte schon immer eine Leidenschaft dafür, Dinge mit meinen Händen zu erschaffen. All dies führte dazu, dass ich Kunst an der Universität studierte und mich dann an einer Buchrestaurierungsschule einschrieb. Ich habe mich sofort für das Buchbinden begeistert, ich habe alte Buchbindetechniken und Buchdekorationstechniken studiert, das alles hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Damals gab es die Fernsehserie „Charmed“, von der ich ein großer Fan war. Ich habe immer gesagt, dass ich das Buch der Schatten machen würde, bis ich es tatsächlich gemacht habe, als ich mein Geschäft eröffnete. Ich fing an, bei eBay zu verkaufen, Etsy war noch nicht dort und ich sah, dass andere Leute das Charmed-Buch der Schatten machten, und auch andere Modelle. Zu dieser Zeit praktizierte ich bereits Magie und Wicca, daher entwickelte sich meine Arbeit ganz natürlich zu diesen Produkten, Zauberbüchern und Schattenbüchern.
Since I was a child I have always believed in magic, I have always known that it exists and I loved reading fairy tales and fantasy books (which I still love and read now that I am older, as well as TV series). I also really love beauty and art, I have always had a passion for creating things with my hands. All this led me to study art at university and then to enroll in a book restoration school. I immediately became passionate about bookbinding, I studied ancient bookbinding techniques, book decoration techniques, I loved all of this. In those years there was the TV series Charmed, of which I was a big fan, I always said that I would make the book of shadows, until when I opened my business I actually did it. I started selling on eBay, Etsy wasn't there yet, and I saw that other people were making the Charmed book of shadows, and other models too. At the time I was already practicing magic and wicca, so my work naturally developed on these products, grimoires and books of shadows.
