Returns and exchanges
Please make your selections carefully as all sales are final. We accept returns for items only if they are defective. Please report defective items within 7 days of receipt. Upon their return to us, we will be happy to replace the item or credit your account, as you prefer, or issue a sales credit to you for alternate merchandise.
We accept payment through PayPal and Google. Paying by e-check using Paypal may delay the posting of funds to our account. All merchandise is held for shipping until payment has cleared.
We ship all orders via ground using the USPS. Shipping rates are calculated by the US Post Office. Once the funds are cleared, most packages are shipped the same week unless they are special orders or hand made especially for you.

Our goal is to maintain adequate inventories of every item we feature on our shop. However this may not always be possible. In the event you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know when it will be available. At that time we will advise you when the item is due. You may then elect to have the item placed on back-order, or credit your account. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to check availability. We are happy to work with your special orders and alchemy requests.
