Payment
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Please pay within three (3) days of ordering. Item will not be shipped until payment is received. If you don't want to have a PayPal account, Money Orders will be accepted, but only within the United States. Please Note: Money Orders will lengthen shipping time.
Shipping
All items shipped within the United States are shipped USPS First Class Mail (sometimes I use Priority Mail also). I am not responsible for items lost by the Post Office. If you require Insurance, Please let me know prior to shipping as additional charges will apply. Items normally ship within 2-3 days after payment is received.

International Shipping - First Class or Priority - Please convo me, I will need to calculate a rate.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any issue/problem with a piece, please convo me so that I can resolve the issue before you leave feedback. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase - customer satisfaction is very important to me.
I do not offer refunds for items lost or damaged by the US Postal system. If you wish to have your items shipped a particular way other than USPS First Class, please convo me first, so that can be arranged.
Additional policies and FAQs
All pieces are made with the utmost care and quality. They will survive normal wear and tear with no difficulties or problems. If you find you have caught your piece on something - repairs can be made for a small fee plus the shipping cost. For any pieces containing Sterling Silver, I suggest using a polishing cloth as opposed to the harsh chemical polishers.
