USPS has been experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and now weather. Please keep in mind that once I ship your item, it is in the hand of the USPS. I see what you see ,as far as where your package is at, using the same tracking number you have. If I shipped timely and your package is delayed or lost that is by no fault of my own. I will do what I can to help but I can’t guarantee that your package will arrive when stated.

For standard postage international orders, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

From Etsy regarding customs fees:
Who Pays For Customs Fees?
When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Most sellers on Etsy can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy doesn’t expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.
Etsy isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on Etsy.

Rockin’ clocks - If you don’t see what you are looking for, please ask. Custom orders are welcome!

Art of Curiosity Studio up-cycles, recycles and re-uses as many materials as possible in the making of the clocks and other products. We use recyclable cardboard, paper packing material and biodegradable tape in shipping the clocks.

My clocks feature the original label of manufacture, I do not reproduce labels. Albums that were scratched, unplayable and destined for the trash were saved and altered into a work of art. Each clock is hand-painted selecting beautiful colors that complement the music and the art on the label. These vinyl albums can no longer make music, but will still bring many more moments of enjoyment!

These clocks make great gifts for that hard to buy for a person, especially boyfriends, husbands, dad, grandfathers, Uganda that uncle who has everything!

About ArtofCuriosityStudio

Sales 1,863
On Etsy since 2018

My inner curiosity compels me to be creative.

I was born to create and trained as an artist at Messiah College in Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1990. My husband and I moved to Colorado in 1994 because we wanted to spend more time outside enjoying nature. I love to explore a variety of artistic mediums, including marbling on paper, photographic processes, fabric surface design and jewelry making. Regardless of the artistic medium, I am deeply inspired by nature. For me, the process and joy of creating a piece of art is as important as the final product. I love the sensations associated with creating art; the smell of fresh clay, the silkiness of oil paints, and tinkering with old cameras to alter photographs. After years of experimenting with different photographic processes and projects, I have returned to paint and canvas.
My loose style of painting is a balance of control and chaos. The paintings burst in a kaleidoscope of color. This unique process captures the movement of the paint and the mesmerizing interplay of colors. My new series combines my love of paint and nature by creating large rock formations, geodes and agate using real gems and crystals. “Crystal Blue” is a 30” x 40” painting with iridescent waves of blue and white with Colombian crystals, polished quartz and Herkimer diamonds. “Malachite Marvel” is a 24” x 30” painting of a malachite stone with quartz, aventurine and malachite forming the center of the piece.

My love of music and concern for re-using and up cycling inspired me to start painting scratched vinyl records. I found it is a great way to give something old a new life. My customers love to give these to one-of-a-kind gifts to that hard to buy for relative, to the ultimate music-lover or to commemorate wedding songs. Read the reviews if you don’t believe me!
