Hello! Thanks for the feedback! You can use an iron or a steamer to smooth out creases that form during transportation or storage. However, this is optional. The easiest way to flatten the canvas is to soak it in water for a while and hang it to dry flat.

What are the current delivery times from Ukraine in wartime?
Fortunately, standard delivery times are the same as in peacetime. Estimated standard shipping times now:

Germany, France, Poland, Austria - 11-28 days
Other EU countries - 20-32 days
UK, Switzerland, Canada - 21-35 days
Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan - 28-38 days
All orders over 200 USD or containing 3 pieces or more will be shipped by express services EMS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (delivery time 7-15 business days).
For a number of cities in the EU, UK, and Switzerland, direct courier delivery is possible (without payment of customs fees, delivery time - 2-3 days). Ask us for details.
Can I order fast/express delivery?
Yes! All orders over 200 USD or containing 3 pieces or more will be shipped by express services EMS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (delivery time 7-15 business days). If you need to express for smaller orders, you can select this option when ordering or purchase a delivery upgrade coupon.
Due to the war, planes from Ukraine do not fly. Therefore, the courier takes the parcels by car to the neighboring country, Poland, and already there the parcel is loaded onto the plane and it begins its journey to you. From this moment on, the parcel will be tracked.
