I’ve ordered from this seller before and was very happy, but this time was much different. I placed the order in late October, and it wasn’t done until two days before Christmas. She took anywhere from days to weeks to respond to messages, and her responses were often clearly templates. The person I got the gift for was very happy so that matters most, but I was very unhappy with the amount of time it took and the poor communication, and can’t recommend this seller because of that.

Received the first draft of the print, asked for one small edit to the image, and never heard back.The image looked great, but I never received the final piece.

I've ordered from this seller once before and the product was great! However, I ordered again and never received the product after a month of waiting. Communication wasn't good and I felt like I was just left hanging. It's unfortunate because I was trying to be patient, and this was a gift for my MIL that I don't have. Edit: she eventually sent the product, and it was beautiful but still two stars because of lack of commutation.

A very disappointing experience. It took 2 months to get the digital drawing. The artist took a long time to respond to messages. No explanation was given for the delay in production. Little attention was paid to details like eye color and facial features. It wasn't as detailed and good-looking as the "example drawings" on the Etsy profile. Charging quite a lot of money, and producing such a drawing is really a shame.

If only the customer service matched the seller’s talent. I have messaged, begged and pleaded to no avail. I never received the finished product. There were a few minor changes to be done and the seller offered to do them but then never followed up. I placed this order early December for Christmas and it has been like pulling teeth to get a response. I purchased from her last year and finally received a beautiful drawing. It’s almost as if she decides she’s done with you and that’s it. Etsy refunded me what I paid but I would have gladly waited a little longer to get the drawing. With no response to multiple messages I had no other option. I am so sad. Wendy does amazing work but you roll the dice with her. You may or may not get what you pay for.

Still haven't received the order, they won't answer my messages.

Wendy was super easy to work with and made a few changes at my request. The picture surpassed my expectations and my son and his fiancé absolutely loved it.

I’ve ordered this before and Wendy is always amazing. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future.
