*Commissions for custom work are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are final sale.
I spend a lot of time accurately listing items with thorough information and images. Be aware that computer images can appear different on certain screens due to screen settings. Please take your time and thoroughly investigate and ask questions before purchase as shipping cost can be pricey and time is a limited resource for all. I am more than happy to answer questions or address concerns! :)
Payment
All items will ship after payment clears.
Shipping
All items will be packaged and shipped by me personally after payment has cleared. I do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
When purchasing more than one artwork the greater of the shipping cost applies.
If a package arrives damaged at your door step. Here are steps you should take:
1. Track down the delivery person if still in sight
2. Bring the damaged package to the post office to show them before opening
3. Be sure to take pictures
Shipping price includes insurance. If there is damage to the artwork you will be granted a refund for the item or exchange is a possibility as well :)
