All our downloads are superb quality, if you get lines on printing out, they are not in the originals you were sent. So please check if your printers cartridges may be running low, or your ink jets could need relining, or cleaning

ALL DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & USAGE ....you are buying the template or printed sheets to make your own wonderful creations, So please check the template view in the listing carefully before purchase to make sure you have the correct item you wish to purchase.
We Do Not issue Refunds on any Digital Downloads. When you order an item on Etsy and pay for it. The listing is removed from the shop, Etsy charges the seller a selling fee per item sold, the seller will now also have to pay Etsy a fee to relist the item in their shop again, the seller is also charged a fee from Paypal, any refunds via Paypal accounts are also charged a fee, therefore we Do Not refund purchase fees on Digitals or other items sold in this shop.
Digital Download which are not Instant Downloads, are sent via your email supplied with on the order form, I will send you a convo via Etsy to confirm your Downloads have been sent, this is to make you aware to check your mail box for them to arrive, if they have not arrived, you should now check your spam or junk folders as well. This is because many security systems which do not recognise an address with attachments with it, will consider them a potential threat and therefore will pop them into these folders.
Digital downloads or finished items from my patterns or templates for resale as 'made up items' here on Etsy or elsewhere, Please give a wording credit of design back to Artwolf or Pyewacketts. The design sheets are a time consuming labour of love, therefore a small wording credit in the listing or on product tagging would be polite, appreciated and is a policy I now insist upon.

All Digital Downloads are sent on JPG Files, ready to be saved to your own computer and printed off as a downloaded sheet as the buyer needs them.
Digital Stamps are sent JPG and available on PNG, no other files are sent this way.
We do not have any PDF Files in this shop
All Digital Downloads; Should be saved to your own computer, before viewing or attempting to print straight from the Email.
Once saved, files then can be correctly accessed and printed from your own computer.
The 'print to size' option should be ticked when printing, most files are A4 format, (except Digi stamps) but should you have trouble resizing, you can request US letter size 8.5x11 when ordering, or afterwards.

Digital Images refer to all Artwolf Digital products including digital downloads, digital templates, patterns, papercrafting sheets and digi stamp images
You may sell handmade items created with an Artwolf Digital image, such as to create individual handmade cards, scrapbook pages or other craft projects and sell them but please give a wording credit to Artwolf for the design in the descriptive text.
All Artwolf Digital images were put together with the small home crafter in mind, for their own personal use or selling small scale handcrafted items .
These images Cannot be created into rubber stamps, merchandise, or die cuts,printed sheets, or used on print to demand sites, such as cafe express, zazzle or similar.
They are Not to be manufactured by any mechanicle or production style means to resell. You may not post images of my digital stamps/images to any blog or website uncoloured or un-watermarked. You may not reproduce any of my digital imagery and claim or imply them to be yours. You may only post images online watermarked as an example of a finished handcrafted work.
You may Not share, Not copy, alter in any way, produce a part only, or partial design or sell Artwolf images or files. They may Not be incorporated into any digital or CD's to sell .
