1. Open your email from Etsy.
2. Access the Etsy download (It will be a .pdf).
3. Click the "Download Here" button in your .pdf.
4. This will take you to Dropbox, where you can bypass anything Dropbox-related and download the files.
5. Open the files in Procreate.

1. Open your email from Etsy.
2. Access the Etsy download (It will be a .pdf).
3. Double-click to open the .pdf and click the "Download Here" button.
4. This will take you to Dropbox, where you can bypass anything Dropbox-related and download the files.
5. Airdrop or email the files to yourself.
6. Open the files on your iPad (save them to Files).
7. Select and drag the files into Procreate.
Where will the files end up? 👉 .brushset files will load at the top of your brush panel. 👉 .procreate files will load in your Procreate Gallery. 👉 .jpg and .png texture files can be saved to your camera roll.

Frequently asked questions
Why does my order say it is processing? Where is my download?
Unfortunately, sometimes Etsy's payment processor needs extra time to process and confirm your payment. Most orders are processed right away or within 72 hours, although some orders may take longer. What is the difference between these two products in your store?
You may notice, I do A/B testing (and sometimes even C!) of product images in my store. This is to see which thumbnails perform best! If you notice the same images after the main thumbnail, then it is likely the same product, just duplicated. If you have a question though, don't hesitate to message me! I'm happy to help guide you to the right product for you.
How do I download the brushes? (iPad)

Why is my download just a picture? Where are the brushes?
Etsy limits file sizes for digital downloads, so the brush files will need to be downloaded from Dropbox instead. Open the PDF you receive in the Books app (or open it on a computer) and click the "Download Here" button. This will lead you to Dropbox where you can download the files.
