Artype's Shop Policies
I take payment by paypal and direct checkout. I only dispatch items once payment has been taken. Requests for cancellations must be made as soon as possible.
Delivery outside of the UK is done by first class recorded airmail.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds due to change of mind must have the item returned in the same condition it was sent. Return postage costs will not be covered.
Refunds due to damaged or faulty items must have the items returned to be checked before a refund can be issued.
