Note from shop owner My husband and I's first home caught fire yesterday, October 3rd. We were so blessed to be protected and to get out quickly and unharmed but lost nearly everything. I don't yet have a time table of when to expect to be able to reopen my shop. I appreciate your patience during this time so very much and I'll be back as quickly as possible!

Payment
I accept payment via Paypal. If you have a gift card you would like to use, let me know and I can adjust my settings to be able to accept that for you!
I cannot issue refunds for custom items. If you receive your item and are unhappy in any way, let me know! I would love the opportunity to address whatever the issue is and make you happy with your purchase.
I only issue refunds for non-custom items in extreme cases (i.e. something arrives broken).
Shipping
I ship via USPS and use their priority shipping option. If requested, I will send you your tracking number. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please message me! I'd be happy to answer any questions and work with you regarding the timely arrival of your custom item.
