Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges: We regret to inform you that we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Product Quality: Our vinyl transfer decals are crafted with utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring high quality and durability. Each order includes comprehensive instructions for application.

Processing: Please note that shipping times may vary depending on our current workload. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 days of purchase. Orders late on Friday and through the weekend will be sent out on Monday. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to fulfill orders promptly.

Express shipping: Product is sent out on day one, unless it is late on Friday or the weekend. Shipping times are still the same.

Shipping Times: Shipping times are shipped via USPS, times can vary from 2-6 days. Depending on holidays, close to the weekend, or location from ship (NC). It's common for Etsy to contact you saying it's delivered when it's in fact not, please wait an extra 1-2 days after.

Custom Orders: While we do not accommodate custom orders through our Etsy store, we do offer custom order options through our website at aspectusa.co. Feel free to explore our website for personalized decal creations.

Shipping Protection: Available as an upgrade at checkout. Covers the full cost of a replacement. Orders without this upgrade are not eligible for free replacements if lost in transit. Orders without protection will incur a 50% replacement fee. Items marked as "delivered" are considered final.

Payment: All transactions are securely processed through Etsy's payment platform for your convenience and peace of mind.
