Custom and personalized orders

- Example mockups of your embroidery are given upon request. If you would like to see an example before your item is embroidered or printed, please do so in the notes with your order or in a message to me. Personalized is permanent, so I cannot take returns on personalized items. If you don't like the font you chose and did not ask for an example mockup beforehand, I cannot fix, replace, or accept a return on your item. So please ask if you are unsure. If I made a mistake I will always gladly accept returns or replacements.

- If I do not receive a note with your order including the font choice and/or thread color, it will be done in the same font and color as the listing photo or in a font and thread color that I believe looks best.

Custom and personalized orders

We cannot refund personalized items due to shipping delays out of our control. If an item is late to ship by us, we will be sure to inform you and to offer a cancellation and refund if you’d prefer. Once an item is shipped, delays are beyond our control. If a package is officially lost in the mail we can request a refund by the carrier, which will be given to the customer or the item will be replaced.
