Thank you for visiting Aspen Arts Studio! After a much-needed working holiday I am preparing to roll out new changes for the shop this summer. While I love serving each one of your custom orders, demand became so great last year that these changes have become a necessary improvement that will allow me to continue to fill your special occasion orders. Changes will include the following:
Regular banners will now be shipped as KIT-STYLE, including detailed assembly instructions with pictures so that you can assemble all the pieces yourself. If you prefer, you will be able to select a pre-assembled option at checkout for an additional fee.
Combined package orders will feature more options so that you can customize your package yourself with less time-consuming convo relay back-and-forth. This is so that you can get the items you need in the color scheme desired with less hassle, and clear communication for everyone.
I will ship on Mondays and Thursdays ONLY for First-class shipping and International Orders. Priority flat-rate will ship daily via USPS pickup service.
Custom orders will require TWO WEEKS' notice minimum. If you are under a tighter deadline I will consider 1-week lead time orders ONLY as my circumstances and current workload permit. Please note that your lead time MUST include shipping time as well. The handmade process takes time and when multiplied by twenty or more orders a day it can become crushing. Feel free to inquire, but please do your planning well in advance so that we do not get into a bind. Any custom orders made with less than TWO WEEKS time frame will incur an $8-$12 rush fee, depending on order size.
