I ship all my beads using first class mail. I process all orders every morning for prompt shipment. If you would like any changes or additions to how I ship, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not 100% happy with your beads, I will refund your money minus the cost of shipping within the first 30 days...after that, they are your beads.
If you receive beads that are broken please let me know. I have no problem sending a refund or replacing the beads.
