The only reason for the 4 stars was because the image up close is not as crisp under the resin as I expected. I’m guessing they’ll always come out that way no matter what though due to how it’s made and not necessarily just my purchase.

Conditions of return
We are a small shop and all our items are made to order just for you, so please note that when returning an unwanted item or for sizing issues, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. To avoid this please carefully follow our sizing information provided in each listing and compare to an item you already own to ensure a proper fit prior to purchasing.
This fee does not apply on faulty items, items not as described, or items with quality issues.
Shipping
Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our location we rely on the postal service to deliver the packages in a timely manner. Delays can always happen due to unforeseen circumstances, time of the year and COVID-19. Refunds will not be given for delayed or missing packages in the post as this is out of our control.
