Made my DIY whipped body butter smooth and rich. Though I did temper it, it might not have been necessary as this product did not feel grainy as Shea butter so often is. Very pleased.

It came quickly but was just in an unlabelled ziplock bag.

It worked very well for my solid lotion making project, smells good.

**Updated Review - item is of wonderful quality and I'm happy it finally arrived and was very well packaged. **Original Review I must say that I am super disappointed in being lied to by the seller, who told me my item was shipping on 2/28. The label was printed - which is not the same thing as being shipped. It didn't actually make it to the post office until March 2nd. I could understand a delay if a seller was forthright about any hiccups in shipping, but when I am told one date and then realize what I was told was not true, it is disheartening and disappointing - especially for a new customer who has never purchased from this seller prior to this transaction. Hopefully the quality of the item will make up for such an early disappointment with shipping in the stated timeframe.

The mask is very pleasant and skin feels great after.

The Lip Balm is very nice and pleasant on lips.

The unrefined shea butter has a gummy sort of texture, different than what I was expecting, but I definitely could have researched that beforehand. I bought it mostly for my hair, and it is a little difficult to apply but it still works. I love that it is fair trade.

This was my second time ordering this cream, as it is the only one I trust on my face now! It's been the only one that not only doesn't make me break out but reduces my breakouts and keeps my skin pleasantly moisturized even in dry weather.

My husband was looking for solid cologne, but it's hard to find and usually very expensive. I was so happy to find this on Etsy and see that it's made in Chicago where I live. This has a nice, warm scent, manly but not like the typical scents you get from most famous spray colognes.
