3 out of 5 starsI did not enjoy working with the online application this file requires use of to edit called Corjl. It was too tedious to achieve exactly what I wanted and I opted not to use this at all and go in another direction. This product has many wonderful reviews so please know this is just my personal experience and the file seems to have worked well for others.

What is your turnaround time on stickers and magnets?
Once your order is placed, a digital proof will be sent to your email address within 1-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for your items to ship after approval of your proofs.
We recommend ordering your items 2-3 weeks before needing them in hand.
In a hurry? The proof turnaround cannot be rushed but we may be able to speed up production. Contact us for more information.
What is your return/refund policy? What if there is an error?
Refunds are not available on customized magnets or stickers and other items we may sell. The design errors are the sole responsibility of the buyer so please check proofs thoroughly before approving your proofs! If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so we can help you out.
Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, there is a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellation is only available prior to receiving your first proof.
How many revisions are included?
Once your order is placed, a digital proof will be sent to your email address within 1-3 business days.
If you want the die-cutting to be different we offer a one (1) time free change, any additional changes or updates will cost $5. You can find our additional Proof listing to purchase if you're in need to change anything drastically.
We ask that you be very specific in what you want your design to be so we can provide a quick service and not cost you more money.
How are your stickers and magnets printed?
They are printed on a specialized machine to print on a vinyl substrate, then they are laminated.
Do you guarantee color matches?
Digital representations of paper and ink colors are approximate and can appear differently on every screen. To see the most accurate colors, please view your proofs from a desktop monitor. Due to variables in printing and monitor differences, we can’t guarantee perfect color matches.
Are your stickers and magnets waterproof?
Yes.
The vinyl and lamination provide a waterproof barrier, of course, this doesn't mean you can use them underwater for an extended time. You can attach them to tumblers and wash them without fear of running or ruining the sticker.
Are your stickers and magnets UV protected?
Yes.
The stickers and magnets should last 5+ years outside in direct sunlight, possibly even longer depending on conditions.
Can I use your magnets on my car/boat?
The 3" custom magnets are not rated for car/boat usage.
If you want magnets that are stronger and can be used for car purposes please let us know and we can always work something out.
