Please remember that color varies from computer to computer. We can send you samples of the materials--just let us know.

It is also a good idea to check the measurements given for an item by looking at a tape measure to make sure you have a clear idea of its size.

We accept Paypal.

Please pay when you place your order. If payment is not made within 24 hours, we must cancel the order.

Pennsylvania residents pay 6% sales tax.

Shipping
We ship parcel post via USPS to confirmed Paypal addresses. Shipment will be made within two business days after confirmation of payment and is expected to take 5 to 8 days. You will be notified when we ship.

Shipments are insured for the value of the purchase. Please let us know immediately if the package arrives in a damaged condition. If you do not get the package within two weeks of receiving notification of shipping, please tell us.

Signature confirmation is requested for items valued at $250 or more.

Recycled materials are used for packing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us by email within twenty days of the day we ship if you would like to return your purchase. We will email you directions for returning the item. You are responsible for postage and, for your protection, we request that you also purchase insurance for the value of the item. It must be returned unused and in its original condition. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price within two business days. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

However, if there is a problem with the item that is our fault, we will pay for return shipping and insurance and we will also refund the original shipping fee.
