AtlasMades privacy policy

This policy explains how AtlasMades handles personal information received through Etsy. Ghazali, owner of AtlasMades, is responsible for the personal information processed for this shop. Buyers may contact AtlasMades through Etsy Messages with any privacy question or request.

Information received

When you place an order, contact the shop, or request support, Etsy may provide information needed to complete the transaction, such as your name, Etsy account information, email address, order details, messages, and any other information you choose to provide. AtlasMades does not receive your full payment-card details.

Why information is used

Information is used only when needed to:
- provide digital products and customer support under the purchase contract;
- respond to messages, resolve problems, and prevent fraud or misuse;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations; or
- protect the rights and legitimate interests of AtlasMades, Etsy, or buyers.

AtlasMades does not use buyer information for unsolicited marketing. Marketing messages using personal information will be sent only if a buyer has provided specific consent, and that consent may be withdrawn.

Sharing and third parties

AtlasMades currently keeps order and buyer communication within Etsy and does not maintain an external customer database. Information may be shared with Etsy as necessary to operate the shop and deliver orders, or with legal authorities when required by law. AtlasMades does not sell or rent buyer information. If an external service is added in the future, this policy will be updated before buyer information is shared with it.

Retention and security

Transaction-related information accessible through Etsy is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal or tax obligations, and enforce agreements. Information controlled by AtlasMades will be deleted when it is no longer required and deletion is legally permitted. Reasonable care is used to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, and buyer information is not moved outside Etsy for routine shop operations.

Transfers

Etsy may process information in countries other than the buyer's country according to Etsy's own Privacy Policy and safeguards. AtlasMades does not independently transfer buyer information to external systems at this time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, receive, or request deletion of personal information. Contact AtlasMades through Etsy Messages to make a request. You may also contact Etsy directly about information Etsy controls and may have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

This policy may be updated if the shop's practices, services, or legal obligations change.
