Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If an item arrives damaged, we will work with you to make both parties happy. Return shipping will be on the buyer.
We do not accept returns otherwise. If there is a problem with an item, please contact us so that we can come to an agreement. Thanks.
Payment
With all custom pieces, we ask that you pay one third of the total amount owed before we start your piece. Upon completion, we'll send the remainder of the bill to your invoice.
Shipping
Items will be shipped 3-5 business days after the received payment. All items will be shipped through USPS. We ship everything Parcel Post with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. If you'd like Signature Confirmation, please ask prior to purchase. If you would like your item sooner, please message us before hand so we can get you an accurate quote and edit the listing.

We ship internationally and all upgrades will also be posted in separate listings to purchase at checkout.
